You can't lose weight fast! It's not healthy!! You need to eat healthy and exercise!! Before doing anything speak to your doctor.
Calculate your BMR n track calories you eat n eat 500 to 600 less calories from your calculated daily calorie need n exercise for 15 to 30 minutes a day including 10 to 15 squats, crunches, jumping jacks and,push ups this worked fr me n i reduced 5 kgs in just 10 days i hope it will work fr u too
Yoga is a great form of exercise to loose weight and it helps alot with stress and dealing with that stress. You can download apps to your phone, tablet, or even computer that has yoga videos for beginners. Good Luck and dont listen to your friends. Become healther for you not them.
