Whats a good begining exercize routine

My husband and I need to loose weight. I am 28 I have fibromyalgia and am carrying about an extra 75 pounds. My husband is 31 he weighs 327 and most of it is in his belly. He slipped 2 discs at work and also has a mucoid degeneration on his ACL. I really am worried about him, all that extra weight cannot be good for his back. Plus he has high blood pressure, and the dr is pretty sure he has sleep apenea. I am worried and want him to get healthy. We have 3 small kids and I want to be able to be around for them and chase after them. What would he the best type of exercise considering his conditions. We really need to get this weight now. Thank you in advance for answering. I really do appreciate it.

Walking, riding the bike, etc..or any type of cardiovascular is good to start woth.

My wife has fibromyalgia/costochondritis  does meditation and I have her at the gym doing light stretching with resistance bands and or machines using light weights.
First you both need to get the OK from your doctors! That said take a look at the Atkins Diet

Figure your heart rate by subtracting your age from 220 the number you get is your maximum heart rate. You should try and get your heart rate between 65% and 85% of your maximum heart rate. I suggest buying a heart rate monitor it's about $30.00!
