Most of the bones fuse by the age of 20 years for males and couple of years earlier for females.
Height is governed by Genetic and hereditary factors and normally final height achieved will be nearly comparable to the height of your parents and forefathers.
You can do cycling, stretching exercises and skipping and try to gain some height and i also suggest you to have proper diet rich in protein and calcium and to maintain proper Basal Metabolic Index.
