ive been doing slimfast for 3 days and i havent lost weight

I'm 4''11 weigh 174 pounds and ive been on slimfast for 3 days and haven't lost any weight why is this
ive been following it strictly

Did you really expect to lose a bunch of weight in 3 days?  Did you expect drinking a shake would do that?  Or do anything much that lasts?  I don't know why you're the weight you are -- it could be a combination of health problems you don't even know about and other things and we don't know anything about that.  But losing weight is a long, slow process, as it took a long time for you to get to where you are now.  If you want the weight loss to last, you need to radically adjust your diet to one that is healthy and not a fad diet that won't last -- at least eventually, as if you're accurate on your weight you might be a candidate for something like a high protein diet at least initially because you need to do something to get your metabolism jump-started.  But eventually you will end up on a tried and true healthful balanced diet and whatever exercise program you are fit enough to do without getting hurt until you get used to it.  It will take some time.  And you also should find out if you have some health problems going on, such as blood sugar problems or thyroid problems that can affect weight.  Slimfast is very unlikely to ever get you there, it won't get you there without accompanying changes in your lifestyle, and it won't get you there in 3 days.
