As a trainer, I deal with 2 clients that have this same condition as you. Before strenuous skipping or running I say "go pee first". Although it is of weakened bowel control of muscles, it is also a disorder common for many people who found treatment by wearing a protector for accidents and work on strengthening kegal muscles. Don't worry you are not totally out of the ordinary but I would see you physician to see what recommendations she/he has.

Yes to strengthen pelvic floor kegel exercises are the best. and easy.Search for kegel exercises. there are many websites for it.To rule out other causes visit to your doctor will be helpful.
