Well I have tried over and over again with pills shakes nutrisystem slim fast weight warchers etc you name it I tried it. I finally made up my mind that's I did this so I would say watch your calorie intake daily use a diet app out in your weight goals etc and watch what you eat and get into a workout plan it works i've started 12/16 im determined to get this weight off I weight in at 304 im down 14lbs im excited and encouraged to keep going its all up to you if you are serious im speaking from experience its a struggle especially if u love to eat stuff that is not good for you and I watch that series my 600lbs life it comes on Tuesday's 8pm a good motivation to get the weight off - I hope my little story helped you- God bless
