Abbs toner

Hello any ideas to tone your abbs quick and help would be very welcome xxxx

Hey there. Up your water intake. Take your weight divide in half and that's how many ounces you should drink. Cut out all pop, fast food, etc. 90% of abs are made in the kitchen. :)

There are a million ab exercises.  You can probably find a bunch on You Tube, but because so many people want a flatter tummy in our society ab exercises are everywhere.  If you belong to a gym just watch people work out and see all the different ab exercises going on.  They even have classes just for working the abs.  But as for quick, for most people nothing happens quickly.  It takes work and dietary changes and that takes time.

A lot of time and diet, diet!!
Forget about fast and forget about washboard abs!
The models and athletes you see, sporting 6-paks are living dangerously, despite the fact that society considers this a healthy look.
A basic requirement for the "toned" abs look is very low fat levels, which may compromise most people's hormonal and neurological functions, in the long term.
The above posters gave you good advice.
During my active gym training period-
I'm off season now, just walking, hiking and swimming in greece- I do about 1000 abdominal exercise reps per session, however, my diet includes far too many healthy fats, to achieve that 6-pak look.
Work and diet are the keys, but don't rush it and don't overdo it either.
