Eat healthy and on time. Keep some biscuits (arrowroot) on your desk and take them if you are missing your lunch or breakfast.
Avoid smoking of cigarettes and drinking any form of alcohol. Start taking antacids after food and proton pump inhibitors on empty stomach.
If your symptoms continue take an appointment near a gastroenterologist and follow all instructions.

With proper medications, I would say these things can be extremely healthy and beneficial. Without proper medications, I wouldn't suggest it unless a doctor gives approval.
If you took a medication before and it didn't help, you might just need another one.
