I'm not a fan of Low Carb. Check out the Paleo diet. It is sort of low carb but you only eat high quality meat, fish, eggs, plus tons of veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds and healthy fats.
Go more for high quality meat like organic grass fed beef rather than cheap bacon. I make a lot of fruit and veggies smoothies like orange juice with apples, broccoli, carrots etc. Tastes better than it sounds.
If you are already on a low carb diet, you should definitely check out the Paleo diet.

You just made me hungry girl !!! lol. The smoothie thing oh my god...I can taste it right now lol. Thank you for these ideas they are great and I like them a lot. I have not experienced constipation either and I feel very very good and healthy. I do not want to incorporate low carb grains just yet but I will definitely go for it eventually. I love sweets so the smoothie idea is just wonderful. You really have a good eating habit huh? I have to learn various triks myself because I do not want to get tired of my diet which has helped me tremendously. Thanks for the tips ok? Good luck with your weight loss process. I am at a normal weight (135) so I am not big and I'm not small.. but I would like to lose a few more pounds because I am not tall (5'3) so I believe 126/127 will be fine for me. What is your goal?
is this a diet for life or a diet till you reach your goal? Sounds too severe for a diet for life....if it's tha latter, stick with it and then add foods to maintain.
Boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburger patty, sausage patties, links wrapped in whole wheat lc tortilla (such as mission brand). Protein shakes, peanut butter on whole wheat lc bread, one of my favorites is a strawberry smoothie. Crushed ice cubes, warm water about 1/4 c, 2 packets of splenda, 1tsp vanilla, powdered egg whites 3tbsp,handful of frozen strawberries, blend up in blender. YUM YUM
Hope this helps. I also eat low carb, but I have started incorporating some whole wheat low carb grains for regularity. Weight loss is still good and no constipation. Good luck
