Cool, Thanks for the tip!
thank you for your help but i found the problem an i can exercise eat spicey foods, steam my face without itching...my dermatologist gave me a percription for cyproheptadine its great you shoud ask your derm for it..
My dermatologist gave me a cream to put on called metronidazole and a prescription for doxicycline. You can avoid some of the triggers, like alcohol and saunas, but when exercising you could try misting your face with a spray bottle. Mostly I have just learned to live with it.
(I get itching, burning and redness on my face when I exercise. It is a dermatological issue called Rosacea. Are you sure it is related to sweating. Rosacea is a syndrome where the capillaries in the skin pop when overheated. Do you ever have this problem in a hot shower, or sauna? When eating spicy foods? When you are hot, even when not exercising? Are you very fair-skinned? )
you got it all in 1 all them things happen 2 me..im dark skinned..how did i develop this an how can get rid of this? thanks

Anhidrosis is the inability of the body to sweat. It is a dangerous condition as the body is unable to tolerate heat. It is especially acute ain dry hot places. Some people have localized anhidrosis and this is not that severe. . Reading your post it doesn't sound like you have complete anhidrosis as the symptoms are milder. Your symptoms could be due to medication and you should check with your doctor to see if that is the case
