Argh. Cellulite. The woman's plague (men can get it but you don't see it like women). It's often genetic and a pain to get rid of. I always look at it like this and DO see an improvement in it when I lose my 'top layer' of fat. And also do exercise that is cardio vascular as well as weight baring (either lifting weights or using my body weight such as squats) to firm it back up. It has almost always work. I look at myself in good light in February, get grossed out and begin this routine so that when I have to wear shorts in June, I"m ready. I do not think creams and such work.
