Chest Pain When Running

I know this might not be the right place to be saying this- but I need help.
I am a healthy 14-year-old girl, but every time I run in P.E. or otherwise, I get a stabbing pain under my right rib.
Usually it just knocks my breath away, but today I was doubled over in pain and crying. Does anyone know what this means?

Hello!

You have to always go running or jogging after some food.
If you run in the morning then always do it after breakfast, you can have some cereal and fruits.

Rule out acidity, take some antacids to relieve the pain.

If you had an accident, or fall in the recent past then get a chest X-ray done to diagnose your condition.

Take ibuprofen for pain and follow up for an examination and diagnosis if your symptoms continue.

Take care!
