I'm way below the average weight, very slim, and always feeling weak (feeling weak may also be due to my anxiety), and I'm really wanting to do some exercise, but I want to start off really easy and simple just to get me started. So, what simple exercises can I start doing that won't take too much effort? The more I start doing simple exercises, i'm going to try and build up to much harder ones.
I used to smoke, but don't really drink, and I quit smoking a few weeks ago, and haven't smoked one since, so that's going really well :)
