need help with exersice?

I'm a 17 yr old female and i'm not overweight (roughly 9 st and 5'3) but i feel i need to tone up and loose a bit of weight from my thighs and stomach and bum. I don't want to diet as its too annoying and im starting college soon but i'm planning on reducing snacks and sweet things. I also do 15 mins of running a day and 10 reverse crunches or whatever theyr'e called. I'm really unfit so i will gradually increase the time and amount of exersices. My question is, will my plan help me loose a bit of weight and can anyone give me some more exersices to tone my problem areas?

First and foremost thing to cut down on is refined sugar and anything that contains it! Also jaggery, honey, brown sugar & zero-kcal sweeteners!!

Try this and you'll be amazed to see how quickly you lose fats...

Hello!

At your age it is easy to lose weight and I would suggest you to involve in sports. You should maintain between 20-25 BMI and do not lose further.

You can continue cardio as in running, you can also try swimming, basketball, football, tennis, skipping, cycling which will help you to further lose faster.
I would also suggest you to avoid fast foods, junk foods, fried food and desserts such as sweets, chocolates and ice creams.

How are you? Well from experience you diffitly need to diet. Thats the only way you will lose weight. Drink only water, cut out carbs, just eat wheat bread, dont eat things with a lot of sodium, no junk food, no fast food, and just excerise for an hour and a half doing cardio. You gotta lose more carbs than you take in.
