I walk 2 miles a day on the local school track. Two seperate sessions of 1 mile and only takes 20 min to talk each time and ive already lost 5 ibs this week
Aww thanks so much for ur comment. Its good to hear a success story from somethinh im trying to do aswell. Ive been doing it in swet mode for the last 3 days for an hour+ ata time aswell as using the calorie counter on the app and eating healthy. Cut out all chocolate & fizzy juice and takeaways. Gives me a bit more motivation now knowing that its worked for someone. Thanks

Absolutely ;) I'd put mine in sweat mode songs to work harder and was doing it constantly for about 3wks anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3hrs (split up throughout the day) I dropped ten pounds in 2wks and felt great. Definitely can't wait to get back into that routine once I get some energy!!! Dancing to the wii is moving muscles and that's a workout in it's self. What also helped for me was doing the calorie tracker as well, it kept me on track with how much I was burning (when exercising) and how much I was consuming. Sometimes takes a little bit to see results and remember muscle weighs more than fat. ;)
