It is good to eat a little something before a workout so you have the necessary energy to workout. Try some dry honey nut cheeros and wash it down with a little water. This will put some substance in your body but not way you down. Good Luck with exercising!
well its important to eat something prior, not sure about the time frame. you need energy to exercise and to burn calories.
its better to eat after you wor out cause you will then burn the calaries you ate.
I thindk the best way is two to three hours prior to exercise or one hour after.
