I encourage you to visit Dr Mercola’s site to learn more about Peak 8 fitness because I personally feel that it is one of the best ways to exercise, especially considering the speed at which you can lose fat and build muscle.

You didn't state what shape you're in! Insanity is for people that are already in good shape. If you have a cardiovascular, pulmonary, or are a metabolic disease patient, diabetics, or obese, or have orthopedic limitations it's not for you. It won't build muscle or strength. it takes self-discipline and dedication.
