good for you to work that hard! i do atkins, and i have been for a year. ive gone from 217 to 176 (a number i never thought id see!). i try to stick to 20 net carbs per day.. its been slow going, but when i look at my size now, it has been worth the hard work. it took a long time to put the weight on, and it wont melt off over night. please dont give up. you will lose weight.
Trying to lose weight can be very frustrating especially if you are not seeing results (believe me....I feel your frustration). Have you tried tracking your calories in the food diary so that you can keep track of everything that you eat? If weight watchers (a very low calorie eating plan) worked in the past, chances are, you are currently eating too many calories and need to cut back on the calories and increase your exercise. As much as I hate to hear it and say it.....it is calories in vs calories out. Maybe consider joining weight watchers again if that has worked in the past. Good Luck!
One month and you lose hope! It is not possible to lose 100 pounds if I would be straight and blunt with you.
First thing is please stop worrying and keep a long term goal. Keep 10-15 pounds target for initial couple of months and to lose 100 pounds keep a target of 1 year.
You have to stay focused on your long term goal and you have to cut down all junk food, fast food, desserts and prepare a customized diet chart for yourself with the help of a dietician. Be very sincere and be stern to achieve your goal.
Regular cardio for 1 hr like walking, running, skipping, jogging, treadmill, cross trainer, elliptical or swimming is strongly suggested for you for the next 1 year till you achieve your desired BMI.
