Exercising

heey, so i want to know what kind of exercises i can do , i'm not that kind of girl that likes to do sports but i really want to so i can lose weight , i want some simple exercises i can do them at home alone , and also i wany a tip that can help me its just that i try to make diet but i cant i just love eating !

skipping is best exercise...you can do it while watching your favourite program....:)

Start a walking program.  Walk for at least 20 minutes per day and work up to 30 minutes.  Wear decent shoes for walking.  Walk outdoors if your neighborhood is safe and the weather permits.  Otherwise, walk indoors from room to room.  Be consistent and walk every day.
