Forearm pain

I believe to have developed a slight pull in my left forearm in late July.  It didn't bother me too much until recently.  It's gotten to the point where I decided to forego bicep exercises until it heals (it's been @ 6 weeks now) Is there a supplement or something that I should do to speed up the process.  I work out 5 times a week and would really rather not stop until it heels.  I'm male, 24, 185lbs.

thanx for your input

I would recommend going and talking to an ortho about this.

what kind of forearm exercises are you doing?

reverse curls or any kind of flex that works the flexor and supinator?

i can't think of a whole lot of workarounds. howz about those hand grips,,,or balling a newspaper into a small ball in one hand,,,or holding the end of a broom and flipping it from side to side with your forearm parallel to the ground.

maybe isometrics?
