I think you should start eating healthier foods, make sure you're drinking enough water, and join some activities. I bet there is a local club team you could join around your area if you just look! Oh, and definitely quit smoking... good luck with everything. Just stick to it and you'll be fine!
How about take a dance class? Try to get your highs from natural things in life. Running is a great high, so is soccer. Drink lots of water and start eating fruits and veggies. Maybe you need some good sunshine to boost your vitamin D.
