hey guys I noticed most of you are on a 1000 cal diet. I'm on a 500 cal diet. Maybe itwould help yall that are having problems on the diet to decrease the caloric value. I dont know if our states differ cause my nurses told me to stick to 500 cal a day according to my hcg diet.
I take an injection of 25 and I am 5'4 tall, I way 156. I hope to lose 25 lbs. Good luck to all!
Hello!
Do not decrease your diet to a level where it will give you problems with dietary deficiencies. After calculating your BMI discuss with a dietician and go ahead.
Take care!
i live in uk and getting married in August 2010 need to lose 3 stone can anyone help me what would be the best to do ......
i cant do mush excise as i had back surgey 5 years ago and still have problems with my back
Hello!
You would need to plan a proper diet chart consisting of high fiber carbohydrate, proteins and minimal fat with the required minerals and vitamins with the help of a dietician and follow this religiously.
Start some form of cardio and do not do any exercises which will create further problems to your back.
Swimming, walking, jogging are activities suggested for you which you should do regularly for a period of 30-45 minutes.
Follow proper ergonomics and wear proper footwear.
Take care!
you guys are over paying goin to a clinic, there are no real side effects of this diet....i found it out here in vegas by chance in a newspaper article and found the injections myself.......followed protocol to a t and my wife 30 days 26 and myself 30 23 pounds......Its only a 500 calorie diet with especific foods. We did not deveate from that and when you stall an enema or herbal laxitive tea will do the trick. I had a week were i didn't use the bathroom and i was backed up. Took the tea and was right on track. There is too much info out there and too many people changing or adding to the actual protocol......just follow the manuscript and the rest will come.......I here some of you talking about bmi and how much you are being injected......confussed.....it calls for 125iu to 200iu....The clinics want you to take 250iu to 300iu why to make more money......all that extra hcg is wasted by the body. I'm not a doctor just a guy who lost 23lbs and that has done lots of research....not qualified by any means......good luck to all and follow the original dr simeons protocall word by word and you will loose. One more thing dietary deficiencies while doing my research on hcg and the 500 calorie diet. There is no defeciencies because the hcg is emptying your fat cells and saturating you blood with fats and proteins which are then passed through urine. We had no hunger pains during phase 2 and some days i really had problems eating the 500 calories a day. We weren't tired we bought b12 as instructed in pills and sublingual and still have them all.......By week 2 your mentality changes because of the progresss making it easier day by day........................do your research and follow the original not what someone has added or modified.........
good luck to all

I have lost 48 pounds, and am on my second 40-day round of hcg. The first time I lost 27 pounds in 40 days. So far this time its 21 pounds in 26 days, so I am doing better. I do the shots/injections. I eat 450-500 calories a day, off the "pounds and inches" protocol ( you can find it on the internet). You are NOT supposed to eat more than 500 cal or you will stop your weight loss.
You are supposed to take a 6 week break in between rounds, not stay on them indefinitely. Your body has to reset your metabolism in between rounds. I did not gain more than 2 pounds in that six week period, or I would just watch what I ate the next day.
I use a clinic called Hcg Medical. They are online. They are pricey, but worth it. I love my 48 pound weight loss, and I am still losing. My triglycerides went from 400 to 91. It's a healthy way to lose but you HAVE to ONLY eat the foods on the list!! NO CHEATING!!
