Loosing weight will mean that you also lose fat on your legs. You can however not lose fat on your legs and not on others areas, jut as you like it, by doing specific exercises. Your body decides where to get the energy from that is needed for your exercising. Often the legs are the latest areas where the fat is going away.
The best way is leg squats, but before I tell you how to do them and how many let's make sure your weight loss program is working your metabolism properly because if not you will still struggle. 1. make sure you are consuming 1,200 calories a day and that most of those calories are eaten early and through out the day in small little meals. You need to trick you body to keep it from storing fat. I use the Mediterranean diet.
Then add squats to your daily routine. Squats burn fat while toning muscle. 1. Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart while looking straight ahead.
2. Bending your knees and lowering your bottom and thighs as if you're sitting on an invisible chair. Do not let your knees go in front of your ankles.
3. Extend your arms straight in front of you at shoulder height.
4. Squat down 3 to 5 inches, holding in your stomach.
5. At the lower position count out to two or three
6. Slowly return to the starting position.
7. Repeat each full repetition 12 to 20 times for one set.
8. Work up to three sets of 12 to 20 repetitions.
Once you have that conquered you might try one legged squats which are harder.
REMEMBER you must drink lots of water! Dehydration can cause your muscles to break down, leading to slower metabolism and you do not want that to happen.
I hope this helped. :)
