I had my son 4 months ago and Im down to an ok weight, still wanting to lose about 10 more lbs, but im struggling on losing this pouch that im left with. Im a stay at home mom during the day and student at night. I dont know what it is i can do though that will help take effect in loosing this little pouch. It had made me very self conscious. i dont want to wear regular jeans because it hangs over. so i stay in basketball shorts, the guys ones, or yoga pants just so i dont see it as much...
