Hi, my name is Ben and i am 15 years old and my physicall day consists of a 3hour game of football with my friends and a 4hour swim, yet i don't keep track to what i eat. I am currently weghing at 61.5 kg and i need to lose up to 5-10 kg as soon as possible.
Could any one suggest me a 7 day diet fit for a moderatly active 15 year old. Also, could anyone suggest me some cardio exercises or home workouts again suitable for a 15 year old.
Any help would be extremly appriciated.
