Nice post. You were not taking in enough calories to fuel your workouts and your brain properly. If you don't lose weight slowly, it might be best to just accept your current weight and focus on prevention of weight gain, continuing your terrific fitness routine, and eating the healthiest diet you can, which includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats for optimal health. Thanks for sharing.

Do you do the same cardio and weights everytime? You need to change things up every so often to keep your body from getting too accustomed to it all, and don't weight-work the same muscles two days in a row. Try to include protein at dinner time, as just veggies wont give you what you need if you're working out almost every day. Also, have your been keeping track of your measurements and/or bodyfat percentage? Often those will be going in a favorable direction even when the scales don't!
