Leg soreness

during treadmill exercise, I think the lactic acid builds up in my leg very quickly or could it be poor circulation.

Hello!

Take a light snack an hour before you hit cardio.  This should be in the form of carbohydrates like fruits, juice, soups or porridge.

This will give enough glucose for your muscles to work and also there is stored glycogen in your liver which will be released slowly, stretch properly before starting cardio.

Increase the intensity of your workout slowly and steadily.

Try stretching before and/or after using the tread mill (or any exercise for that matter) it might help. Stretching is a great natural way to help reduce/eliminate muscle soreness.
