Yes sinus should be avoided. For sinus problems you always have a triggering agent and allergen which should be avoided. For some people swimming triggers a sinus, you have to find out the triggering agent and avoid that.
You can press on your sinus and check if they are inflammed and painful.
Take some anti inflammatory drugs and can try a saline rinse. But if it does not help you have to take antibiotics and visit an ENT as this is troubling you. Take care!
I don't have a cold but have had sinus problems (lots of headaches & infections) in the past. The headache was not as bad last night & the humity was up in my area. Do you think I'm drying out my sinuses? Would a saline rinse help? Next time I go to my GP I'll bring it up.
Do you by any means have a cold? which is the most common cause. If you have your symptoms without a cold, and infection you should decrease your time on elliptical.
Take balanced diet and rehydrate yourself sufficiently. Do warm ups before starting and slow down before stopping. Try other forms of exercise and see if you have the same symptoms, and if it repeats then a routine examination near a Neurologist is recommended. Take care!
