Loss weight

Hi , I want to know what is the best way to do my work out , I usually start with treadmill for 30 and then elliptical for 20 min and then lifting for 45 mints is that good or not , I am 197 lb woman 5,6 in , I just want to know how to make my work out very effective .

I did try the peak 8 couple times but I just feel like I need to do more to lose weight , I need to lose at least 30 lb in three month . But thank you for your advice .

You should do strength training first and cardio last. By doing cardio first you won't have the strength to do your weights.
I suggest doing the following cardio! Be sure to get the OK before doing anything from your doctor!!

The Peak 8 routine it will quickly raise your heart rate 8 times for very short bursts, with a cooling down period in between. Ideally you’ll be sprinting or cycling full throttle for 30 seconds with a 90 second cool down in between each outburst.

What you eat after Peak 8 training does matter

You burn 30 percent more fat from doing cardio after a weights session as opposed to cardio on its own.

Figure your maximum heart rate by subtracting your age from 220.
That's your maximum heart rate! You should try to get your heart rate between 65% and 85% of your maximum heart rate. As I stated above get the OK from your doctor!!
I also suggest buying a heat rate monitor. You can buy them at any sports store.

Try reversing your workouts to put cardio exercises last. I've been told that is the way to lose the most weight. Try stretching exercises for 15 minutes before lifting. Good luck.
