It costs around $400 total, but that gives you two vials and I broke those two vials into 2 rounds of about 30-35 days each.  You should be able to lose 40-50lbs doing it that way.  You can email me at ***@**** if you like for more info.  I don't always check this site.

Hey redneckgurl...  After my 2nd baby I had put on quite a bit too and learned several things.  One is that you can experience post-partum depression for up to a year (my dr. told me this), so if you're really depressed, please talk to your dr.  I also tried and tried and COULDN'T lose weight.  I started running and ran 4 miles a day for 3 months and only lost 5lbs.  My Dr. said my hypothalamus was messed up because of my pregnancy, and that for some women that just happens.  Your hypothalamus is what regulates fat storage and if it gets out of whack it can tell your body NOT to release fat.

Soooo... he put me on the hcg diet.  It's similar to Kevin Trudeau's 'Weight Loss Cure' diet, only it is based off the original author of the diet, a 'Dr. Simeons'.  If you google HCG diet, you'll find the original manuscript for the diet free online.

You have to give yourself a shot every day, but it really is the tiniest needle and you don't feel it going in.  I never thought I could give myself a shot.  You also follow a low calorie diet while giving the shots, however you lose about 1lb a day.  The first round I did I lost 22lbs in 30 days.  You have to take a break between rounds so you don't become immune to the shots, but I'm on 2nd round now andhave been for a week.  I'm down 6 more lbs.  If you follow the diet, don't excercise, and take the shot, you're guaranteed to lose the weight - that's what I was told....and so far so good.

Your hypothalamus might be messed up because of pregnancy too.  There is a company called **** where you can order your HCG from..  Tell them **** sent you ('I'll get a little bonus) ...you don't have to tell them that actually, it'd just be nice... They have a nice doctor there who can work with you out of state.

Good luck!

Have you tried the following...

*Walks in the park, with a stroller.
You could also try to use wrist or ankle weights.  (4-5 days a week brings results)
*Swimming exercises or water aerobics
Plus check with your Doctor at what age the little guy could join. (And buy floaters)
*Cycling exercises
Even a stationary bike 30 minutes a day, helps out dramatically.
I personally don't recommend the baby seat bikes.  (Too many safety issues)

Be happy that there is this wonderful addition in your life.
And let this baby be your motivation to get back into shape!!
Just know that you must be healthy also, because your bundle
of sunshine is relying on you.   =)

Hi,

Congratulations you just had a baby!
It is not easy to lose weight after pregnancy. Please continue with your healthy diet and exercise. Slowly you can increase the duration of your exercise and may be join a gym.
Please be easy on yourself and do not take any magic pills, they do more harm than good. Take care!

Are you still breastfeeding? That's a great way to loose weight. If not, you could try upping the exercise around the house. Put your all into the housework ie do it fast and hard, scrub the floors on your knees. Walk everywhere you can rather than use the car. Dance with your baby to upbeat music. They'll love it and you'll get a workout. Put the baby in a pram or backpack and walk walk walk. Garden vigorously, dig, and prune, and chop things. Jiggle when sitting down. Bounce the baby on your knee.

If you are breastfeeding, try not to diet, things will come right in about 6 months naturally I reckon.

Good luck.

Hey you just had a baby. :O) be easy on yourself.

if you can do a light yoga excersize this will not only be good for the body but also for your mind as well. I would not go into a diet pill as that can be somewhat a mask to what you would really like to do.....as doing it yourself. It is better in the long run.

Try even a few knee bends, stretches from side to side, down one side of your leg with arm to the other leg with the other arm, also if your doctor approves. Try some light aerobics. Getting your body to move slowely will start you on a better path. Aerobic tapes or CD's an be found at most stores.

also i drink at least 6  oz of water every day. I have never been 185 lbs since lol.
water is a natural purifier. and replaces the stuff like colas that are not sugar free. Sounds pretty bland..but you can always add ice, fruit, or several fruits and blend that in a blender. Or just plain ol water. you will get use to it, just takes time.

Good luck! and congrats.
