Hi,
I have 5 children approx 2 years apart. No, I did not have spinal with the prior birth. Home birth with some hemmorage. 4 months before returning to increased activity I had a procedure called sure X. the urethra muscles were heated to help with incontinence( between last two births) Muscles are somewhat weakened. Have seen chiropractor and a neurologist. Report is no damage to any nerves or muscles coming from sacrum

Hello walknomore,

Did you have spinal anesthesia? Did you have any complications during the procedure?

You would need complete X-ray and if required MRI of your spine and a complete examination near an orthopedician to confirm any degenerative disc disease or any spinal nerve involvement at the lumbar area so that you have these corresponding symptoms in the lower limbs.

Proper physiotherapy and lifestyle changes might be helpful. Follow proper ergonomics and visit an orthopedician for examination.

Take care!
