Pregnant and exercise.

My doctor recommended light aerobics during pregnancy. Currently at 5-6weeks pregnant and my eating habits have caved into fast food cravings. Thus to counterbalance this I have taken up exercise (about 2hrs a day).

I have lost 1kg in the past week and am concerned for my baby's wellbeing. Is it safe to continue or should I pull back a little?
