Good info....Simple diet is best--for many dishes bring many diseases; and rich sauces are worse than even heaping several meats upon each other. to know more about the benefits of balanced diet you can get help from some diet expert or ask your trainer, they have pretty good knowledge regarding such stuffs.

Hi!
You are right..
Regular exercise and healthy balanced diet is the key.
You should reserve high calorie diet and food to some particular days to indulge and enjoy if someone likes food and it can be on holidays and weekends.
Followed by catching up on calorie burning measures.
Everything is in the brain. "Self Control" If you are convinced that this is the only way for good health and avoiding hospital bills for unnecessary reasons then it is so... and you also get a good body by this.

The number 1 key to your eating is "Emotions". It is great to start out by getting good recipes for food, but we will always end up back to our old weight and eating habits if you don't figure out "What emotion are you filling with your food?"

Hello,

We support your view that indulging in junk food and spicy fatty Indian food (Biriyani, Indian breads & Curry) sometimes is fine.
And you should control the calories on other front, the same day you can have salads and soups for dinner if you had this high calorie meal for lunch and vice versa.
Balancing should be fine and it is always good to be in shape with regular exercise and healthy eating habits.

Hi,
If your diet is not somewhat healthy with your 5 a day and proper eating then all your exercise is just working off what junk your eating, i can totally empathise with you with regards to baby weight, when going through my pregnancy i craved all the wrong things, Indian, spicy foods ect, gained 3 stone and felt heavy at the end of it! Didn’t want to eat healthy when had my son because i was always tired, but was breast feeding so lucky my mum cooked for me and bought it around every day to make sure i would eat, got back into the gym 2 months ago and been working my *** off since with running which has helped, still a 14ilb to go which seems to be taking its time to shift but i get there but then it be xmas and i love food to much! Purseffer with it and try to get your diet under control to see the results.

Yes you have to go to a dietician and calculate your BMI. After that based on your metabolic rate a diet chart can be made specifically for you.
You have to follow this very strictly along with exercise/cardio/weights to lose the desired weight.
Avoid fried food/desserts/sweets/choclates/junk food.
Remember your output should be more than your input of calories.
