Its very strange but doesnt always hurt.. and only my right side. It doesnt hurt when i breathe, just brings discomfort.. anyone know what this might be, did i pull something? Or fracture my Sternum?

Well see, this isnt something that happened over night, it happened sometimes awhile ago, and now.. my abs and chest have remained what appears to be swollen. My ribs are somewhat visible on my good side, but on my bad side, their not.. I dont know if that will help anyone but, I've lifted since, and my chest gets sore-sore! Not a muscle sore...

The last time when you worked out did you hear a popping sound? Like you could have torn/ruptured your pec muscle? I would talk to a dr. Hope you feel better.
