Tingling/Twitching in Arch of Foot?

Over the last week or so I developed what I can only describe as a twitch in my right foot. It is on the left side of the foot just past the arch and near the heal. It almost feels like little bubbles under my skin. The twitces themselves are not painful but I have experienced pains here and there in this foot in the arch and on the opposide side and sometimes on th bottom below my big toe. It does not seem to hurt nor twitch while I am walking but while I am resting. Could this be because of a pulled muscle or strain even though I am not experiencing any pain? The back of my thight and calf was sore a few days ago but has sense subsided. The tingling seems to be getting better but it is hard to tell. Can something like this be temporary and go away on its own. I also get a sensation of "pins a needles" at the bottom of my foot occasionally with this but it is not constant. It is more annoying than anything and I do have muscle twitches of other kinds throughout the day but they do not bother me as much as they seem pretty normal. Any help would be great.

How long should I wait to see results with these excersises. I sit at a desk and drive everyday to work so it is hard to rest this foot.

Hello,

You are suggested to wear proper supportive footwear and change any footwear whcih is not ergonomically proper.

Exercise your leg an you ankle joint if you do not have pain. You can do some plantar flexion and dorsi flexion everyday while keeping your legs straight and also sidewise exercises of your foot at the ankle joint.

If it does not help get your foot checked by a podiatrist.

Take care!
