You have the jist of it and that's what is important. Make sure your diet 95% REAL foods and at proper serving sizes. Mix up you workout too, so you aren't always doing the same things. Your body will get used to it and you won't loose the weight as easily, if at all, anymore.

We can't answer that, as what you call a proper meal might not be what someone else thinks is a proper meal, and we don't know if this exercise program is new for you or something close to what you've been burning already. And setting a very short timetable for losing weight almost always results in gaining the weight back again. Perhaps some more detail might elicit a better answer.
