2 days is definitely not too much rest when you are working out for 2 hours 5 days a week. Your rest day is when your body recovers. Are you eating enough?
Yes I eat enugh. I just don't like the feeling on Monday of being tired when I swim just a 50 and by friday I can do 500 without a break. Maybe if I ate a little more fruits and veggies. I am building up muscle but I want to loose the fat and build muscle not just loose it all.
Hi, two days off from your exercise schedule does not mean over rest B by any means. It is actually good to get some rest on the week end. The reason for your fatigue may be doing exercise in fact. This may also be due to psychological factors that most people feel tired on Mondays due to some blues. I would suggest you to skip one more day that is Monday in your exercise schedule to see how you perform on Tuesdays. Otherwise you can skip Friday and Saturday and start swimming from Sundays.
