Trying to grow taller after the age of 21 male.

I go to the gym regularly and is supplementing  with mucuna prurian , l-argnine, l-leucine, and indian ginseng for promotion of growth hormone. Is this safe. My dosage is safe - 1g of l-argnine, 1g of l-leucine and 1g of mucuna prurian before going to sleep accompanied with indian ginseng mixed in milk.

Please tell me is this safe or not. I also take multi-vitamins, omega 3 , biotion for hair, calcium, and b-complex supplements.

If taken all of these together can they react with each other.

What do you mean by Indian ginseng?  American Indian?  Because there isn't any ginseng in India.  And how old are you?  If you're young, you really don't want to be taking all those body building supplements -- an adult can decide for himself how healthy to be, but if you're young skip that stuff.  Listen to Gym -- no supplement will make you taller.  And if by Indian ginseng you mean ashwagandha, well, okay maybe, but if it's any other ginseng why would you take it before going to bed?  Why would you drink milk before going to bed -- you have to digest it, something most people can't do with milk anyway.  What is it you're really trying to accomplish and please tell us how old you are.
