Hi everyone... I was just wondering if there was any particular excercise that i could do often or like a place i can go and do it which is free.... I dont do much excercise and i expect myself to just cut down on food and for all the weight to like just come off... but i know it doeant work like that... i am hoping to at least drop a few kilos before the end of rhe year or in a few weeks... help please!
I am a 14 year old girl by the way.. i also have school...and i have a very small house so cant do much exerxise in there....
