What your workout routine?

Hey guys i was just wondering if there are people out there like me that enjoy exercising alot .  I used to run 8 miles everyother day (cause i think it can be alittle hard on the joints everyday)  .  but now i get a weird pain below my kneecap and to the left.  its not the joint or anything but its pretty weird

anyhow now i do limited running, mostly sprinting. i really miss going for long runs though

i also love to lift weight. i guess i'm alittle addicted to looking a certain way. even though at times its hard to get motivated but for the last few years i havent quit.  anybody else love or dread working out?

jogging after workourts should be fine, if youre feeling a weak sensation of pain in your leg muscles when you jog after leg workouts, i'd say keep going.

i love working out, i do go on pc alot (mums tooo over protective for some reaosn, now shes stopped letitng me out the housek, and when i jib tings through iwndow she cries and i feel bad ) so i cant go jogging anymore, or climbing. but i lvoe working out, i have notihng else to do appart form pc, but anytiem i feel like it ill drop and do 90 pushups. i dont do sit ups alot thpogh, i dont really need to, my abs are as hard as rock when i tense, i can go horizontla on a pole, even a 45 degree angle going up form a pole. the only tinhg i hate, is runnign, i use to lveo it like you did, and couldnt get enough of it, i'd love going on LONG jogs around greenary, tall trees and stuff. but then i got hernia, dunno how, maybe form an accident i dont remember (im very cl,umsy lol) only noticed it when i couldnt run to my hearts content, i started getitng this pain near the bototm of my right lung, feels like a crmpa, liek someones squeezing it... it hurts when i laph, cough, ect. my hernia got stiched up, but this problem  didnt go - the docters said after the oporatio i'd be good as new, an i mentioned the chest pains, and theyre still here now. i really want them to go, cause now i can only run for about 3 mins non sotp but then have to stop because the pain is too much (sets in after about 80 metres) cant find name of it anywhere tho im gonna go to the doc this saturday, i want ym running back =O

yea i love body building. i've been at it a few years with minimal results as i dont have very good genes.  i was very skinny before and now i am a nice size though and always look to get bigger.

what kind of cardio do you do?

say after you do a workout. including legs and upper body being worked out, do you think running about a mile later that day will ruin the results you are trying to get for your legs?   i dont run the day after the leg workout as i feel the repair is taking place after that one nights sleep so i try and run the day of the workout

my question basically is, how much is too much, can you recommend something? thanks
