I have just had my son 5 months ago, after i had, had him i was happy with my body now i just feel grose. I have now gained 20 more pounds, and i would just like to be the same weight i was before i had him, i want my husband to look at me the same way, i would like to be able to where my thing again insted of making due with his. so i need to know how i can lose about 45 lbs fast, i would like to lose 10 lbs a month. can anyone help me?
