My husband and I need to loose weight. I am 28 I have fibromyalgia and am carrying about an extra 75 pounds. My husband is 31 he weighs 327 and most of it is in his belly. He slipped 2 discs at work and also has a mucoid degeneration on his ACL. I really am worried about him, all that extra weight cannot be good for his back. Plus he has high blood pressure, and the dr is pretty sure he has sleep apenea. I am worried and want him to get healthy. We have 3 small kids and I want to be able to be around for them and chase after them. What would he the best type of exercise considering his conditions. We really need to get this weight now.
