I bought an elliptical strider, and am doing the 8 week loose weight program. I am so so tired after using it for 20 minutes that I have to lay down all day. IM 5 foot 8 inches and have put on 10 kilos in 8 weeks. I was 63 kilos now I'm 73 kilos. IM still by no means overweight and carry my weight nicely, so why am I so exhausted mentally, physically, and emotionally afterwards all day. I feel as if IM carrying 500 pounds of extra weight after my exercise, so much I've had to stop just in case I continue to feel this way and I have 3 children 6 and under and can't afford to feel this way. My body is so sluggish after exercise. Any input would be much appreciated thanks.
