Why am I lethargic after exercise

I bought an elliptical strider, and am doing the 8 week loose weight program. I am so so tired after using it for 20 minutes that I have to lay down all day. IM 5 foot 8 inches and have put on 10 kilos in 8 weeks. I was 63 kilos now I'm 73 kilos. IM still by no means overweight and carry my weight nicely, so why am I so exhausted mentally, physically, and emotionally afterwards all day. I feel as if IM carrying 500 pounds of extra weight after my exercise, so much I've had to stop just in case I continue to feel this way and I have 3 children 6 and under and can't afford to feel this way. My body is so sluggish after exercise. Any input would be much appreciated thanks.

Your probably not getting enough water after. You need to weigh yourself prior to your workout then after. Whatever the amount you lost x by 500ml. After a workout you need to make sure you do a cool down. To slowly get your heart rate back to normal and then get a high protein post workout snack. Just make sure it's low in fat high in protein and carbs.
