Working out & losing weight? Many questions..

So Im 22, weigh 150lbs & am 5'3 in height. Ive  been working out everyday for the past month & a half. Ive heard a lot of people say that you shouldn't workout EVERYDAY..is this true? Does it really matter? Since i've started working out, i cant go a day without exercising, i start to go a little crazy.
I do insanity and have started lifting a bit too (only 10lb weights) but i cant seem to lose my "baby belly". Is there anything i can do to help lose my tummy? Most of my weight is in my behind, I actually dont look fat, which is weird considering the fact that im overweight..but im not at my goal weight. I'd like to lose another 20lbs (i like my curves & dont wanna lose them.)

I have also started counting calories. Some say this is bad, im not sure..what do you say? I'm kind of stuck on what to make. I've just been eating a lot of salads but i'd like to mix it up a bit. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what should make?

You can do cardio. every day! As for muscles you work out one muscle group lets say on Monday then on Tuesday you don't work that muscle group you work another group! You should give each group a rest of at least a day. As
TonyDthatsme said you can't spot reduce!

I don't think it's bad to work out everyday. I did insanity every day for two months and do weight training. Depending if you want to build muscle you may alway want to try p90x.
I was trying to loose belly fat as well. 3 months into insanity and working out I lost 30 pounds. The key thing to losing belly fat is that you need to know there is no such thing as spot reduction. You can't just lose belly fat. You will have to continue working out and your general fat count will go down and you will begin to notice a difference.
