I feel bad that I started a post that caused you to leave the forum. It was never my intention at all. I've learned there is some egg shell walking that needs to be done - even on an anonymous forum.
Anyway, I want to lose a few pounds quickly. I was working out daily, and a good routine of walking on the beach 4 miles a day. Then I moved and things got a little more hectic, and I have to change my routine - I gained a few pounds back and feel lethargic. Do you have any advice on how to jump start my diet and exercise regimen and get me back on track?
