how do i loose weight of my belly & legs without turning my fat into muscle

The most slimming exercise is jumping rope because it uses the muscles in your feet and ankles and calves and wrists and your heart and breathing muscles.  So it tends to  burn fat off without making the big muscles of the legs and bum bigger.

You can't spot reduce weight lose! You need to diet and do cardio.
