Hello!

You should increase protein intake in diet to build your muscles and work out at least for 15-20 minutes on alternate days to have those muscles toned.

If you want to build muscles then you would need to hit the gym 3-4 times every week and work on weights.

Talk to a trainer and he would help you out, plan your diet with the help of a dietician and follow it strictly.

Take care!

when you exercise you use the glycogen stores in your muscles, your body adapts to that by storing more glycogen in the muscles because it's expecting more work, the muscle will also store some extra water as a direct result of the extra glycogen being stored in the muscle, this is why your muscles get bigger when you workout, when you stop working out all the extra glycogen is not needed anymore so the muscle gets rid of it and the extra water it stored and that's when become thin again.
