I want to get in shape and I heard hula hooping is a great excercise is this true?

I just learned how to hula on pintrest.  I took forever to figure out how, but the hula instructors on both tutorials said that hula burns about 600 calories per hour, which is a lot and it also builds up your ab muscle. Good luck.

Yeah, this is good, sometimes i add it to my walking routine.i use magnetic 1,2 kgs hoop. Good for flatten stomach.
