Hello!
Get your urine tested for any urinary tract infection and get a fasting blood sugar test done and a glucose tolerance test done to rule out diabetes.
If you do not suffer from any diabetes or UTIs then follow up with a nephrologist to understand the reason for increase in frequency of urination.
I would suggest you to eat healthy and maintain a normal BMI, start regular cardio exercises.
Take care!
Frequent urination, loss of bladder control, extreme thirst, feeling cold, cold chills... are all signs of Diabetes. You should visit your doctor and bring him your symptoms so he can help you and diagnose your correctly.
