Hi,
You need to make a diet plan and avoid fats, procesed foods etc from your diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily and drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water everyday.
You should also start a daily walk routine and some exercises. around half hour of daily walking - brisk o exercises should be done to start with.
You could join some aerobics class etc to help you.
Have you gained weight suddenly? If so, thyroid and other endocrine disorders need to be ruled out.
Regards.
Hi!
One of the things that I have realized as a good compnent of living healthy is that whatever you eat, it will be effective if you add about 3 hours of exercise to a week. That's my suggestion to you too - add 3-4 rounds of activity to a weekly plan and make it such a prio that when/if something should happen, your activity remains on your schedule. It is just as important to be in motion as eating.
I'm sorry you're meeting a lot of difficulties with you diet, but I hope and think that if you let half an hour be only "your half hour" and add a walk or jogging or just something fun to raise your heart-frequency and help you sweat a bit, it can make the difference you need.
Find something that's fun to do so that you don't get tired of it!
Other than exercise, you can say that all colorful veggies are good for something - red is good for this and orange is good for that. Green is good for something while yellow is good for something else.
